Funeral flowers are often delivered to the family home or to the undertakers organising the funeral service. Occasionally they may be delivered to a chapel retirement home or the place of service. In all cases its preferable if they can arrive a few hours before the service. This enables any mourners to view the flowers and messages.

It is quite usual where the flowers are delivered to a family home they are displayed at the front of the house on a lawn or drive way, however this may not always be possible perhaps on a busy road or in bright sunshine or other adverse weather.It is common for a family to have asked the undertakers to handle all the flowers. In this case if the service is early in the morning the florists may ask the undertakers if they can accept the flowers the afternoon or evening before the service. This makes the flowers ready for an early morning service and there is no chance of them being delayed in transit with the florist. Our florists will check the suitability of any flower order and monitor its progress at no extra charge and will contact you should any problems arise.
